Debra Carcioppolo

Financial Coordinator Deb has worked in the orthodontic industry since 1999 and joined our team in 2006 where she started as our Records Technician. She is a tremendous asset, having working knowledge of orthodontic operations both in the clinic and in administration. Deb enjoys working with the patients and the parents on every level.

Tina Durfey

Marketing Coordinator Tina is a native to Las Vegas and has worked in the dental field since 1990 and with Dr. Hamilton since 1997. She is passionate about orthodontics and enjoys seeing patients' lives change as their smiles transform and loves being present when patients get their braces off.

Nikki Johnson

Scheduling Coordinator Nikki joined Dr. Hamilton’s team officially in 2006 but was part of our orthodontic family as a patient of Dr. Hamilton’s. Nikki is a real people-person and loves meeting each patient and parent. She loves getting to know each of them and enjoys being a part of their lives.

Brenda Mielke

Treatment Coordinator Brenda began her career in the dental field in 1982. She has dedicated most of her career working with children in the dental field and has worked with Dr. Hamilton indirectly through the years until officially joining the team in 2003. Brenda is passionate in all she does. She is an ambassador in educating children to properly care for their teeth and visits many schools throughout the year.

Sherry Schurr

Treatment Coordinator Sherry joined Dr. Hamilton’s practice in 1994 and came with 25 years of customer service experience in both public service and in the orthodontic field. She is great people-person and loves seeing patients embrace the opportunity to improve their lives with braces.

Danielle Terry

Scheduling Coordinator Danielle has been with Dr. Hamilton since November 2008, bringing with her 14 years of orthodontic experience. Her favorite part of being a member of the team is building relationships with patients and parents and seeing the positive changes orthodontic treatment brings.

Marjorie Court

Orthodontic Technician Marj joined our team in 2008, bringing 4 years of orthodontic experience and loves working in the orthodontic field. Her favorite moments are when patients get excited about the changes treatment is making in their smile and how they realize how much they like to smile.

Leilani Guira

Orthodontic Technician Leilani joined our team in 2006 and enjoys making a difference each day. She likes to see how patients have an increased self esteem when they feel good about smiling.

Kayla Hunter

Orthodontic Technician Kayla joined Dr. Hamilton’s team officially in 2008 but was part of our orthodontic family as a patient of Dr. Hamilton’s. Kayla relates to patients on every age level and loves seeing patients light up when their braces come off.

Angela Nowers

Orthodontic Technician Angela joined our team in 2008 and enjoys getting to know each patient. She is a great communicator and a people-person. Getting to know patients' favorite things and what their goals are for the future, makes each day interesting and fun.

Jessica Rizutti

Orthodontic Technician Jessica joined our team in 2009 and enjoys getting to know each patient. Working with patients to accomplish their treatment goals is very rewarding for Jessica.
